Athletic Activity Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Athletic Activity Specialist to join our team! As a Specialist, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with camp operations. If you have a sports or coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of children, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.
- Lead structured activity times
- Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement
- Individualize activities to suit each child’s abilities
- Communicate with parents/guardians
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience coaching children/students is a plus
- Prior playing experience is preferred
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills

From our specialized Prep Program for children ages 3-5, to our Traditional Day Camp for Kindergarten-8th graders, our Graduate Travel Program taking our 6th, 7th & 8th graders off campus, our CIT/PhD Training Program for 9th & 10th graders and a wide variety of Academies in Culinary, Science, Art, Computers, Video Games, and more!
Compensation
$1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
