Requirements

• Experience in roofing installation is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting heavy materials.
