Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and referrals
- Coordinate with production department for project management
- Handle administrative tasks and scheduling
- Participate in training and development programs
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in roofing industry preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license
