Athlete Order Coordinator

Overview

The Athlete Order Management team supports the day-to-day operations of Omnichannel programs including BOPIS, BOPL, SFS, and SDD. This role requires a keen understanding of these programs to ensure Service Level Agreements are met through excellent customer service and attentive order management.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Primary field contact for Omnichannel related questions/issues, customer service escalations, and store order processing questions.
• Deliver exceptional response time to issues arising in fulfillment locations, including stores and distribution centers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed accounts of issues and solutions.
• Manage the daily operations of store-facing Omnichannel programs to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor sourcing feeds, manage aged orders, resource orders to prevent cancellations, enter orders on B2B websites, and facilitate resolution of sales audit issues.
• Manage the daily operations of presale and hot market championship events, including managing order and vendor information, monitoring fulfillment operations, managing aged orders, coordinating with buyers, content teams, and vendors on inventory and availability, and analyzing data to improve speed to athlete and customer satisfaction.
• Support Omnichannel Managers and Analysts by gathering data, identifying and escalating product eligibility issues, communicating with stores and vendors, and assisting with project work.
• Update and maintain SOPs, FAQs, guides, etc., related to Omnichannel programs.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BSBA)
• 1-3 years experience in retail
