About the role

At Automotive Technology Experts (ATE), we provide fast and accurate vehicle diagnostic scanning and calibration services. Founded in 2019, ATE employs technicians nationwide to ensure repairs are safe and vehicles operate as the manufacturer intended. We are growing and seek team members committed to excellence, customer care, and ongoing training for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Learn the industry standard of the manufacturer’s original specification with high quality controls
• Hands‑on training with an experienced Field Technician who will guide you to become a stand‑alone technician
• Learning basics of:
  • Diagnostics
  • Calibrations/programming
  • Scanning
  • Wire/Connector repair

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Prior experience in Automotive Technology Support
• Strong technological skills, including but not limited to: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and team members
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities

Pay

The actual offer will be based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant certifications and qualifications. Posted pay range: $18.00–$21.00 per hour.
