About the role

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) provides fast and accurate vehicle diagnostic scanning and calibration services. Founded in 2019, ATE delivers technological and electrical repair expertise to the collision industry, helping ensure vehicles operate as the manufacturer intended. We employ technicians across the country and are growing our team with members who strive for excellence, prioritize customer care, and seek career advancement through ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Learn the industry standard for manufacturer’s original specifications with high quality controls
• Receive hands-on training with experienced Field Technicians to become a stand-alone technician
• Master the basics of:
  • Diagnostics
  • Calibrations/programming
  • Scanning
  • Wire/Connector repair

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Prior experience in Automotive Technology Support

Skills

• Strong technological skills, including but not limited to: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and team members
• Strong problem-solving capabilities

Pay

USD $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
