Responsibilities

• Research, write, and publish original, accurate, and engaging news articles, features, and reviews on technology topics in Bengali.
• Cover breaking news in consumer electronics, smartphones, AI, apps, gadgets, and emerging tech trends relevant to Bangladeshi users.
• Conduct interviews with industry experts, tech company representatives, and innovators.
• Produce multimedia content, including videos and infographics, to complement written articles.
• Monitor global and local tech developments, analyze their impact, and present insights in an accessible manner.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to plan and execute special features, event coverage, and thematic series.
• Engage with readers through comments, social media, and community discussions to build audience interaction.
• Stay updated on digital journalism tools, SEO best practices, and content management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technology journalism, digital media, or content creation in Bengali.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating published tech-related articles, reviews, or reports in Bengali.
• Deep passion for technology, gadgets, and digital innovation with hands-on experience using tech products.
• Excellent command of Bengali and English, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging Bengali prose.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), SEO, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and ethical journalism.
• Experience with multimedia tools (e.g., video editing, graphic design) is a plus.
