About us

Think Academy is the North American brand of TAL Education Group, specializing in mathematics education for ages 3–18. Our long-term programs have earned the trust of tens of thousands of families, and we’ve built a high-potential user base on the Xiaohongshu platform.

We’re looking for a content partner who doesn’t just create content but proactively researches the market, understands users, and identifies growth opportunities. This role isn’t just about “producing content.” You’ll continuously study the U.S. K–12 education market, parent needs, and competitor content, connecting insights to our product to determine the most valuable content directions. Through ongoing testing and optimization, you’ll help our content reach more targeted users.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively research the market and identify opportunities: Continuously study the U.S. K–12 math education market, parent needs, competitor trends, and high-performing content. Without waiting for explicit instructions, take the initiative to discover content opportunities that connect users, products, and enrollment.
  • Deeply understand users and refine selling points: Combine real-world scenarios across different regions, grade levels, and learning stages to identify parents’ needs, concerns, and decision triggers. Translate Think Academy’s course features into compelling user value and differentiated selling points.
  • Independently drive content planning and execution: Own the entire process from research and topic selection to content production and publishing. Use AI to improve efficiency while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality. Proactively review and optimize content.
  • Take ownership of content results and iterate continuously: Track content engagement, inquiries, and conversion performance. Proactively analyze issues, propose improvements, and drive the next round of execution. Focus not just on individual pieces of content but on refining methods and elevating overall content effectiveness.

Requirements

Must-have:

  • 2+ years of content creation or content operations experience
  • Experience in education or the edtech industry
  • Ability to work on-site in Silicon Valley
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to take initiative and own results

Nice-to-have:

  • Strong research skills, able to quickly dissect complex problems
  • Deep user insight, understanding parent needs and decision-making motivations
  • Proficient in using AI to enhance content efficiency
  • Open to feedback, able to iterate continuously, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment

Pay

Base salary: $6,000/month

Performance bonus: Up to 10% of base salary, evaluated based on content performance, user reach, qualified inquiries, and related business outcomes.

Schedule

40-hour contractor role; top performers may have the opportunity to transition to full-time employment.
