Responsibilities

• Participate in the embedded software architecture design, functional development, system integration, and debugging of AI hardware products.
• Develop BSP, drivers, and system services for MCU, SoC, and other platforms, supporting peripherals such as sensors, audio, cameras, displays, and communication modules.
• Implement task scheduling, inter-process communication, device management, and reliability design based on RTOS or embedded Linux.
• Collaborate with the algorithm team to integrate, deploy, and optimize edge-side AI models and inference modules.
• Analyze and resolve stability, real-time performance, power consumption, and resource utilization issues during software-hardware joint debugging.
• Write design documents, test cases, and debugging reports; participate in code reviews and the development of automated testing systems.
• Work with hardware, algorithm, structural, and product teams to drive product development from prototype to mass production.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information, Automation, Communication Engineering, Microelectronics, or related fields.
• Proficient in C/C++ programming with a solid foundation in data structures, operating systems, and computer architecture.
• Familiar with embedded Linux, RTOS, BSP, or device driver development in one or more areas.
• Familiar with common interfaces and communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I²C, USB, CAN, and Ethernet.
• Able to use debugging tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and GDB to troubleshoot issues.
• Experience with ARM, RISC-V, MCU, or SoC platforms; experience in AIoT, smart speakers, robotics, or wearable devices is a plus.
• Strong engineering discipline, problem-solving skills, communication, collaboration, and technical documentation reading abilities.
