Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to perform product structure design, performance design, material selection, and packaging design for projects.
• Complete controlled technical documentation and drawings on schedule during product development.
• Oversee trial molding, mold revisions, and validation of new components, as well as sampling and confirmation of outsourced parts.
• Coordinate trial production and initial mass production for assigned projects.
• Communicate and exchange technical information with collaborating departments.
• Propose process improvements and structural optimizations to reduce product costs.
• Conduct standardization checks on design drawings, and manage the organization, classification, summarization, transfer, distribution, and protection of documents, drawings, and data. Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by leadership on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in small home appliance product design.
• Familiar with the structure, performance, functionality, and safety regulations of small home appliances or commercial products; knowledgeable about materials, molds, and processes for metals and plastics.
• Proficient in design software, with expertise in UG and at least 2 years of practical experience in industrial product development (injection molding).
• Experience in designing electric toothbrushes, other small home appliances, commercial appliances, or automation tooling is preferred.
• Strong teamwork spirit, communication, and coordination skills; integrity and innovation mindset.
• Candidates with less experience may apply for the Assistant Engineer position.
