About the role

The At-Risk Youth Technician, also known as a Mental Health Technician, plays a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment for children and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Success in this role requires an unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of every child. Our residential program provides long-term care for children and adolescents ages 6-18 who are navigating mental health and behavioral challenges.

Competitive Compensation

Competitive Compensation: $18.50- $22.00/hr (based on education/relatable experience)

Schedule Full-time and part-time available 2nd shift (3PM-11PM) and limited 3rd shift (11PM-7AM)

Weekends Are Required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to attend a 2-week corporate training session.

Trainings

The next training is scheduled for July 20th and August 3rd. Our program offers a variety of engaging recreational opportunities, including campus hikes, a ropes course, an indoor pool, team sports, and creative arts and crafts. These experiences encourage skill-building, confidence, and positive social interaction. Through consistent structure, individualized care, and a nurturing environment, we provide the stability and support needed to help each child succeed both during their time in our program and beyond.
