Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for project end-to-end management and delivery from product concept to launch for Motorola mobile or IoT products.
• Define project scope, R&R, deliverables and success criteria with project core team and ODM.
• Align project objectives with Motorola strategic goals.
• Lead, motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams including product, design, development, procurement, supply chain, quality, Go-To-Market, and related ODM teams to ensure effective collaboration and productive deliverables.
• Conduct project core team meeting, track project executions, remove roadblocks, and ensure compliance with project schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Manage project budget, facilitate R&D cost assessment, and negotiate with suppliers and partners about NRE cost and contract terms.
• Identify potential risks, constraints and issues, and develop relevant mitigation plans.
• Lead core team to solve complex problems on time and within budget.
• Provide project status updates, reports and presentations to senior management and executives for performance review and decision making.
• Escalate critical issues in time.
• Lead and conduct phase gate review with core team for every key milestone to ensure deliverables meet schedule and quality standards.
• Work closely with product manager to deliver competitive and profitable products, and drive products experience improvements based on development process and user feedback.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer science, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 5 years or above working experiences in smart phone, IoT or wearable products.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and skills.
• Excellent leadership, organization and time management skills.
• Having problem-solving, decision-making and risk management mindset.
• Understanding of consumer electronics technology and trends.
• Having innovative spirit to break conventions.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Fluency in English spoken and written.
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.
