Terms and Conditions

• The company must be officially licensed in Türkiye (license documents required)
• The company offers official Turkish invoices, including taxes.
• The company specializes in vehicle rental.
• Payment will be made monthly and through the bank account.
• Priority for companies in the state of Hatay – Antakya.

Vehicle Requirements

• Year of Manufacture: The rental vehicles must be manufactured in the year 2016 or later.
• Air Conditioning: All rental vehicles must be equipped with functioning air conditioning systems to ensure passenger comfort in varying weather conditions.
• Safety Features: Airbags: Each rental vehicle must have a comprehensive airbag system, including front and side airbags, to ensure the safety of passengers in the event of a collision.
• Seating Capacity: Minimum Seating Capacity: All rental vehicles must have a minimum seating capacity of 5 passengers.
• Additional Features: Infotainment System: Rental vehicles should preferably be equipped with a modern infotainment system that includes features such as Bluetooth connectivity, GPS navigation, and compatibility with mobile devices.
• Power Windows: All windows in the rental vehicles should be power-operated for added convenience.
• Power Locks: Centralized power locking system should be present in all rental vehicles.
• Cruise Control: Rental vehicles may include a cruise control system for extended driving comfort on highways.
• Backup Camera: An integrated backup camera system can enhance safety during parking and reversing maneuvers.

Notes

• The vendor supplying the rental vehicles must provide documentation to verify that the vehicles meet the specified criteria.
• The PR requester should liaise with the vendor to ensure that the specified vehicle features are met.
• Any deviations or exceptions to the specified vehicle requirements must be approved by the appropriate authority before finalizing the rental contract.
