Important Notes

• All required forms must be filled out, signed, and stamped before submission.
• The proposal must be submitted in one envelope containing three separate envelopes, with a requirement for each envelope to be sealed and signed individually. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
• All documents, including quantity tables and technical specifications, must be signed and stamped (each page must include the signature and stamp of the company).
• Submission of unclear or incomplete documents may lead to disqualification from the evaluation process.
• The bidder must write their name and the contents of the envelope on each envelope, and each envelope must be sealed.
• The supplier must sign and stamp the entry of the envelope, along with the financial and technical proposals and all attached documents.
• Any submission that does not include the above information or adhere to the procedures will be disqualified.
• The foundation reserves the right to split the tender materials among bidders as deemed appropriate, allowing the award of part to a contractor without the right to object.
• The supplier or their representative must submit the proposal in the tender box at the Horan Humanitarian Foundation office within the specified timeframe, signing and stamping the delivery document and recording the date and time of submission.
• In the event of calculation errors, the unit price will be adopted as the basis for evaluation.
• Additionally, significant errors, such as submitting the proposal in a currency other than US dollars or ambiguity in prices, may lead to disqualification by the procurement committee.
