About the role
The Media Field Officer will document project operations from start to finish, reporting weekly and monthly reports and photos to the Director of the Media Section.
Main Responsibilities And Tasks
- Professional media documentation for the work of the projects of the Association.
- Photography of all types of photo & video.
- Professional handling with professional cameras and half professional DSLR.
- Accurate archiving and archiving of image media on Google Drive / Dropbox cloud storage sites.
- Providing daily media reports on the projects covered.
- Maintaining the organization's visual identity in all activities carried out by the field teams.
- Cooking with the direct official regarding the visits and coverage of local media agencies to the activities and activities of the Association.

- Presenting media proposals.
- Other information tasks requested by the direct manager.
Qualifications / Technical Skills
- University degree, institute or secondary certificate.
- Previous experience working with humanitarian organizations.
- Experience of at least two years in the field of photography.
- Familiarity with the Adobe Lightroom image editing program and the Office suite.
- Accuracy and organization in the archiving and filtering of information materials.
- Ability to work in a team with work pressure and responsiveness.
Interpersonal, Communication And Coordination Skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to cope with a challenging and constantly-evolving humanitarian work environment, often under pressure.
- Ability to establish and manage effective working relationships with colleagues, managers.
