Minimum Requirements
- MD/DO or equivalent
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or recently completed an accredited residency program
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics or significant experience for older adults along the continuum of care
Desired Qualifications
- Strong interest in medical education, primary care or educational research, and community engagement and outreach
