About the Opportunity
The Amazon Operations Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day Amazon marketplace operations across multiple countries. The role ensures smooth business performance by overseeing customer care, inventory forecasting, PPC campaigns, and system controls. This position is key for maintaining operational efficiency and contributing to scalable growth within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily Amazon operations tasks and progressively take ownership of initiatives
- Manage customer care emails, primarily related to FBA
- Conduct forecasting using Sostocked, including creating transfer orders and adjusting for seasonal trends
- Oversee PPC performance using M19, reviewing campaigns daily and adjusting targets
- Perform daily system controls to identify and resolve potential issues
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central operations
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving skills using data analysis
- Fluent English with effective communication abilities
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to managing tasks
Pay Range and Compensation Package
$2,250-2,750 per month gross salary, adjusted based on experience and subject to local tax responsibilities
