About the role

Responsible for leading agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers. Manages project timelines and resources efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead agile development projects from conception to deployment
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications
  • Work closely with designers to ensure visual design aligns with technical feasibility
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with QA engineers to ensure software meets quality standards
  • Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet deadlines
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile methodologies and practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
