About the Firm

Eide Bailly is a top advisory firm with over 50 offices in the U.S. and India. Since 1917, we’ve built our firm around one thing: people. We believe meaningful work starts with meaningful relationships — with our clients, our communities, and each other. That’s why we focus on creating an environment where you feel supported, connected, and empowered to grow. You’ll be part of a team that values authenticity, fosters trust, and provides you with the tools to thrive.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • You’ll belong. We foster an inclusive, supportive environment where people look out for each other. You’re a valued part of the team from day one.

  • You’ll be supported. Whether it’s your Welcome Guide, Career Advisor, or a co-worker you meet at lunch, you’ll always have someone available to answer questions and help you navigate your career.
  • You’ll have balance. Meaningful work is only one part of a meaningful life. We offer flexibility and benefits designed to support your well-being — inside and outside of work.
  • You’ll have fun. Yes, we’re accountants and business advisors — but we also like to celebrate, connect, and have a good time. Office events, volunteer opportunities, and casual team activities are all part of the experience.
