Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with key team members, including auditors, analysts, and client representatives, to align on engagement objectives and client expectations.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy, appropriateness, and timeliness of audit documentation for associate and senior associate work.
  • Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, monitor progress to meet deadlines.
  • Cookordination engagement schedules, ensure team members are informed and appropriately assigned.
  • Lead engagement planning, including budgeting and risk assessment, by proactively collaborating with client management and the team.
  • Delegate tasks based on engagement budgets and communicate expectations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain engagement progress, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with quality control standards throughout the audit process.
  • Provide technical expertise to our team members and clients while staying updated on industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited college or university, and/or equivalent years of experience.
  • CPA license or actively pursuing CPA license. 150 credit hours for CPA certification or actively pursuing - state dependent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in tax compliance.
  • Industry specific knowledge required.
  • Must possess a valid state drivers’ license.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This position is a hybrid position. Team members alternate between working remotely at the office, or client locations.
