Assurance Senior Associate [Manufacturing and Distribution]

As CohnReznick grows, we have an exciting career opportunity for an Assurance Senior Associate to join the Manufacturing and Distribution team in our Chicago office. This is a hybrid position, requiring team members to alternate time between remote work and the office.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed engagement work plans, illustrating budgets and schedules.
• Develop a thorough understanding of all audit, tax, and consulting services provided by the firm, and actively participate in proposals.
• Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, by providing regular performance coaching and feedback while developing their technical and industry skills.
• Gain the respect and confidence of the CohnReznick team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear direction and leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a reputable public accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA certification or eligibility to sit for the exam.
• Manufacturing and Distribution industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of audit software such as CCH Engagement or similar is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation (verbal and written) skills.
