Responsibilities

  • Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts
  • Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
  • Develop detailed engagement work plans
  • Illustrate budgets and schedules
  • Actively participate in proposals
  • Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
  • CPA designation or the ability to sit for the CPA exam(s)
  • 3+ years' experience in a public accounting firm required
  • Knowledge of audit software (ProSystem Fx a plus)
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation (verbal and written) skills

Pay

In Boston, the salary range for an Assurance Senior Associate is $85,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, to name a few.

Schedule

This position is considered hybrid, meaning team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.
