Join CohnReznick’s Affordable Housing Audit Practice as a Senior Associate. You’ll lead audit engagements, mentor junior staff, and deliver exceptional client service while contributing to firm growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced Excel proficiency to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• CPA or CPA eligibility.
• 3+ years of assurance experience, preferably in affordable housing or real estate.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead engagements and develop others.
• Knowledge of audit software Caseware a plus.

Pay

In Maryland, the salary range for an Assurance Senior Associate is $80,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
