About the role
PwC’s audit and assurance professionals provide independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information to enhance the credibility and reliability of this information for various stakeholders. They evaluate compliance with regulations, including governance and risk management processes and related controls.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate financial statements for material misstatements, whether due to fraud or error.
- Issue an auditor’s report that includes the auditor’s opinion based on the assessment.
- Adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scopes.
- Take ownership of tasks and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for clients and the team.
- Build a positive reputation within the firm and open doors to future career opportunities.
Requirements
- Bermudian, PRC holder, or Spouse of Bermudian.
- Obtain at least a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a similar business-related field from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.2 (B+ average) or its equivalent.
- Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Be highly organized, dedicated, and self-motivated.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
