About the role
The Assistant Vice President, Advanced Practice Providers will play a critical role in advancing the clinical excellence and patient care at Cincinnati Children's. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, this position is responsible for overseeing the strategic development and implementation of advanced practice provider programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and delivery of advanced practice provider services.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure alignment with clinical standards and best practices.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of advanced practice providers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among various departments to improve patient care outcomes.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in advanced practice provider roles, including leadership experience.
- Board certification in relevant medical specialty.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare administration or management.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 annually.
