ASST SUPERINTENDENT- SAC
Essential Functions
- Maintain coordination with subcontractors or supervision of laborers and trade workers at the construction site.
- Monitor work performance, progress, and productivity of subcontractors and laborers/craft workers.
- Assist in monitoring costs as specified in contract documents.
- Directly oversee the performance of workers completing all phases of construction to meet company standards and owner expectations.
Minimum Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Five years of previous field interior or commercial construction experience.
- Public works, design build, or school campus style projects experience preferred.
- One year of direct supervisory experience.
- Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook).
- Ability to read plans and specs.
Pay
The compensation for the Assistant Superintendent position is $100,000 - $120,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
Qualifications
