Responsibilities
- Assisting the Program Director in the overall functioning and operation of the program, including administrative tasks (including payroll, scheduling and training)
- Staff supervision
- Group/individual counseling and crisis intervention
- On-call responsibilities
- Member of the management team
Qualifications
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in human services (or equivalent)
- Five years of supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Pay
Salary starts at $55,000 based on education and experience.
