About The Team
The Strategic Resolution team is a single, accountable organization that owns customer outcomes end-to-end by combining engineering depth, product expertise and proactive ownership. The team manages strategic account reliability across products and business units, resolves complex technical issues and serves as a cross-product subject matter expert group. Working closely with Product Management and Engineering, the team identifies and addresses root causes to deliver scalable, lasting improvements to the customer experience. Responsibilities
- Resolves moderately complex Entity Data customer issues while supporting strategic customer outcomes and operational excellence. Resolve moderately complex Entity Data-related customer issues in close partnership with the Strategic Resolution Entity Data Team Lead, escalating highly complex or cross-domain cases as needed (30%)
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering and Customer Engagement colleagues to support the resolution of multi-domain issues (20%)
- Contribute to root cause analysis and support the implementation of fixes identified by the team (15%)
- Maintain accurate case documentation and follow defined processes to ensure timely, high-quality resolution (15%)
- Support customer interactions on assigned cases and work closely with the Strategic Resolution Entity Data Team Lead on case strategy and prioritization (10%)
- Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous learning to build domain expertise over time (10%)
Skills And Competencies
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years of experience with Entity Data solutions, covering data, application programming interfaces and data structures, with a growing ability to guide clients on day-to-day usage
- Working technical understanding of application programming interfaces, data integration and data distribution platforms, with some exposure to Databricks or similar cloud-based data environments
- Ability to investigate and resolve moderately complex technical queries under guidance, escalating highly complex or cross-domain issues as needed
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering and Customer Engagement colleagues to support the resolution of customer issues
- Comfortable working closely with leadership on case strategy, prioritization and customer communication for complex accounts
- Ability to contribute to root cause analysis and support the implementation of fixes identified by the team
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Pay
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $103,800.00 - $150,600.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
