Support Workforce Software and Time Administration across all Phillips 66 U.S. locations to provide accurate and timely payroll information. This role supports routine HR operations, maintains workforce data, performs audits, resolves routine questions, and provides escalation support to the Time Administration team.
Responsibilities
- Perform Time Administration activities by reviewing, entering, and maintaining time, scheduling, time-off, and workforce data in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform routine time and schedule audits, investigate discrepancies, and support accurate information for payroll.
- Research and resolve routine employee and manager questions and provide escalation support to the Time Administration team.
- Apply HR policies, procedures, and standard work practices consistently.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation while protecting confidential employee information.
- Support assigned system updates, testing, data conversion, implementation activities, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with employees, leaders, HR partners, internal stakeholders, and team members to deliver timely and consistent service.
- Learn and appropriately use new technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to support efficient HR operations while following company policies and protecting confidential information.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 or more years of experience in business, administrative, Human Resources, payroll, or Time Administration support, including experience using office or operational systems and standard Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications
- Experience with Workforce Software, time administration, scheduling, absence management, payroll, or HR operations
- Hands-on experience performing time or schedule audits, reconciling data, or maintaining workforce records
- Exposure to HR system testing, data conversion, implementation, troubleshooting, or procedure documentation
- Proficiency in accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining employee, payroll, workforce, or other business data
- Sound judgment when investigating routine discrepancies, resolving routine questions, and escalating non-routine issues appropriately
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, customers, and internal stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Demonstrated ability to learn and responsibly use new technology, including AI-enabled tools in accordance with company policy
Pay
This position has a base salary range of $55,900 – $68,310. Each role is assigned a salary grade with a defined pay range, benchmarked against industry peers. Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements. Offers are made to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
