We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Careers With Purpose Sanford Health..." intro. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to extract content. First, we have a description: "Careers With Purpose Sanford Health, the largest rural health system..." That's about the organization, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role description. The intro about the organization could be placed under About the role? Or maybe we could have an "About the role" section containing the summary of role and organization. The posting includes "Job Summary" then bullet-like sentences. So we can put that under Responsibilities? Actually responsibilities are listed after Job Summary. Let's parse. Content: - Intro: "Careers With Purpose Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is dedicated to transforming the health care experience and providing access to world-class health care in America’s heartland. Facility: Remote ND (Fargo) Location: Fargo, ND Address Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40.00 Salary Range: $26.00 - $41.50 Pay Info: Pay starts at $26 and increases according to years of applicable experience." We need to include Pay and Schedule sections if present. Pay: Salary Range $26.00 - $41.50 and Pay Info. Schedule: Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts, Job Schedule: Full time, Weekly Hours: 40.00. So we have Pay and Schedule. We also have Benefits section: "Benefits Sanford offers an attractive benefits package..." So include Benefits. Qualifications: "Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, education, computer science, information management or related discipline. One year of experience in implementing and supporting technology systems with experience in human resources and learning systems preferred. Experience in Healthcare and/or Insurance industry helpful." Skills: The posting includes many skill statements: "Previous Workday experience preferred." then many bullet-like sentences about responsibilities and skills. We need to separate responsibilities vs skills. The instructions: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can list responsibilities as
. Skills maybe also as list? But we have a Skills section heading; we can put skill-related statements there. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. So we can include Facility, Location, Address, Shift etc maybe in a short paragraph under About the role? Or we could drop them? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include location etc in a paragraph. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details: organization description, facility, location, shift, schedule, weekly hours, salary range, pay info, job summary, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, etc. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. At end there is EEO statement, drug free workplace, accommodation request, etc. Those are boilerplate; we should remove them. Also "Req Number: R-0275501 Job Function: Human Resources Featured: No" - minor metadata; we can fold into a short paragraph or drop. Probably drop. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus structure:

      About the role

      • Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
      • Ability to deal with ambiguity.
      • Work as a team member and collaborate effectively with other members while fostering and maintaining positive relationships.
But many of those are skill statements; maybe we should separate Skills section. However the instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we could list responsibilities as duties, and skills as separate list under Skills. But many items are skill-like. However we can keep all as responsibilities; but we also need a Skills section if there is specific skill content. The posting includes "Previous Workday experience preferred." and many skill statements like "Demonstrate analytical skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity." Those could go under Skills. We need to decide: The posting includes a "Job Summary" then a bunch of sentences that are responsibilities and also skill requirements. To follow instruction to have sections only when posting has real specific content, we can create both Responsibilities and Skills sections, splitting content appropriately. Let's extract responsibilities (duties) vs skills (abilities). Responsibilities: tasks like provide administrative support, basic functional maintenance, involvement in new projects, first-level support, support day-to-day operations via ServiceNow, serve as support role, assist SMEs with data integrity, report writing, analyzing data requirements, participate in running recurring HRIS processes, entry of HR data, perform scheduled activities, recommend solutions, assess release features, support projects, support testing efforts, ensure compliance, handle confidential info, perform data audits/validations, assist in fulfilling data requests, work with end users to gather business requirements, provide strong customer service, recognize escalated cases, participate in planning/analyzing/developing business requirements for HRIS modifications, develop and test job aids, establish/maintain procedures/guidelines/documentation, develop competence via structured work assignments, seek new assignments, keep up with HR tech trends, contribute ideas, demonstrate analytical skills (maybe skill), strong attention to detail (skill), strong communication etc (skill), ability to deal with ambiguity (skill), work as team member, collaborate, foster relationships. Thus many are skills. But we can still put them under Responsibilities as they are duties/activities. However we also have a Skills section; we could put the explicit skill statements there: "Previous Workday experience preferred." maybe skill/experience. "Demonstrate analytical skills." "Strong attention to detail." "Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills." "Ability to deal with ambiguity." Also maybe "Ability to handle confidential information" is a skill. But we can keep simple: Skills section includes those explicit skill statements. Let's parse the posting after "Job Summary". The text: "Previous Workday experience preferred. The Human Resources Technology Associate Analyst will provide administrative support to the Human Resources (HR) technology portfolio including basic functional maintenance of existing applications and involvement in new projects. Participate and provide first-level support and maintenance in Information Technology (IT), Center of Experts (COEs), Human Resources Strategic Partners (HRSPs) and Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) with all new HR technology implementations. Strong attention to detail. Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity. Work as a team member and collaborate effectively with other members while fostering and maintaining positive relationships." Thus we can split: Responsibilities: the action-oriented sentences (provide support, participate, support day-to-day, serve as support role, participate in running, perform scheduled activities, assess release features, support testing efforts, ensure compliance, ability to handle confidential info (maybe skill), assist in fulfilling data requests, ability to work with end users, provide strong customer service, recognize escalated cases, participate in planning..., develop and test job aids, establish/maintain procedures, develop competence, seek new assignments, keep up with tech, contribute ideas, work as team member, collaborate). Skills: Previous Workday experience preferred, Ability to handle confidential information (maybe skill), Ability to work effectively with end users (skill), Demonstrate analytical skills, Strong attention to detail, Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills, Ability to deal
