Associate Wealth Manager

The Practice Outreach Associate builds relationships with dentists and dental practices and helps plan and run the firm’s educational dinner seminars and events. This is a relationship and events role, not an investment-advice role. What you’ll do Build and maintain relationships with dentists and dental practices in the firm’s target communities.Plan and coordinate the firm’s dinner seminars and educational events — venue logistics, invitations, registration, and day-of execution.Represent the firm professionally at seminars, dental-industry events, and in-practice visits.Coordinate follow-up with practices and attendees, and keep contact records accurate and current.Schedule introductory meetings between interested dentists and the firm.Track outreach activity, event attendance, and follow-up so the firm can measure and improve its programs. What we’re looking for Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and comfort initiating professional relationships.Experience in outreach, business development, events, hospitality, sales support, or another client-facing role.Organization and reliability in managing event logistics and multiple deadlines.Willingness to travel and to work occasional evenings.Interest in the dental field or in financial services, and the ability to speak credibly with practice owners.Professional judgment and discretion when representing a financial firm to the public.Candidates will need to pass the Series 65 exam.
