what you'll do →Assemble rough cuts from briefs, selects, and director notes→Deliver Reels, YouTube cuts, and case study edits on tight deadlines→Keep projects organised - proxies, exports, version names the team can read→Support grade prep, sound sync, and export specs across clients who we're looking for →0–2 years in brand, content, or narrative editing (student work counts if it's real)→Rhythm and restraint - you know when not to cut→Comfort taking direct feedback without defending every frame→Basic colour and audio hygiene; motion curiosity is a plus bonus After Effects or motion basics - we'll teach the rest if you bring taste
