Associate Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Assemble rough cuts from briefs, selects, and director notes
• Deliver Reels, YouTube cuts, and case study edits on tight deadlines
• Keep projects organised—proxies, exports, version names the team can read
• Support grade prep, sound sync, and export specs across clients

Requirements

• 0–2 years in brand, content, or narrative editing (student work counts if it’s real)
• Rhythm and restraint—you know when not to cut
• Comfort taking direct feedback without defending every frame
• Basic colour and audio hygiene; motion curiosity is a plus

Skills

• Bonus: After Effects or motion basics—we’ll teach the rest if you bring taste
