What is Required?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related health field.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in sales, marketing, or related field in the health care industry and three (3) years’ supervisory experience.
  • Experience in home health or hospice is preferred.
  • Must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the State.
  • 50% travel with some overnight stay.

  • Execute strategic sales and business development plans.
  • Assess agency performance and recommend solutions to achieve growth and clinical outcome goals.
  • Conduct market assessments to develop strategic growth plans, including expansion opportunities.
  • Assist and align local sales, operations, and clinical teams in executing a growth plan for renal care programs.
  • Collaborate with sales, training, marketing, operational, and clinical leadership to develop and implement strategic growth plans.
  • Facilitate weekly growth meetings with sales and operational leadership.
  • Oversee strategic hospital partnerships to achieve growth targets with renal care program.
  • Review data to ensure accurate reporting and analyze growth, revenue, and profitability trends.
  • Participate in annual target development and establish SOC expectations for staff.
  • Supervise and provide directions to agency personnel to ensure quality and continuity of services.
  • Ensure appropriate return on investment for sales resources and manage referral development with third-party payors.
  • Design and implement marketing communications, advertising, and public relations strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of renal care programs.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve contract renewals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and proactive issue resolution.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients.
