Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership for community health and well-being resources
- Supervise directors of Counseling & Psychological Services, University Health Services, and Wellness & Meaning-Making Programs
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to improve student health services
- Serve as a key member of the Student Affairs Leadership Team to advise on health-related matters
- Aid in fundraising and grant-writing for health initiatives
- Develop outreach and communication plans to enhance health resources awareness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in health, counseling, wellness, student affairs administration, or related field; terminal degree preferred
- At least 7 years of progressive leadership in health, mental health, or health promotion
- Knowledge of trends in primary health care and mental health standards
- Proven ability to work with a globally diverse student body
