Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership for community health and well-being resources
  • Supervise directors of Counseling & Psychological Services, University Health Services, and Wellness & Meaning-Making Programs
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives to improve student health services
  • Serve as a key member of the Student Affairs Leadership Team to advise on health-related matters
  • Aid in fundraising and grant-writing for health initiatives
  • Develop outreach and communication plans to enhance health resources awareness

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in health, counseling, wellness, student affairs administration, or related field; terminal degree preferred
  • At least 7 years of progressive leadership in health, mental health, or health promotion
  • Knowledge of trends in primary health care and mental health standards
  • Proven ability to work with a globally diverse student body
