Associate Veterinarian - South Texas Veterinary Clinic (Beeville, TX)

About the role

South Texas Veterinary Clinic is eager to welcome an experienced Associate DVM to our mixed practice. We’re located in Beeville, a rural community about an hour north of Corpus Christi. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who prioritizes preventative health and is confident performing wellness exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

Veterinarians with 3+ years of current, hands-on experience are encouraged to apply. Must be licensed (or able to become licensed) in Texas for consideration. We will consider associates for small animal only as well as associates looking to practice mixed animal (equine, bovine & small animals).

Requirements

• DVM/VMD from an accredited program
• Licensed (or eligible) in Texas
• 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience preferred
• Strong surgical, diagnostic, and communication skills
• Passion for high-quality patient care and client service

About the clinic

South Texas Veterinary Clinic has been a staple in the community for more than 35 years. We are the highest rated veterinarians in Bee County, with approximately 70% small animal and 30% large animal services. Our facility features a state-of-the-art small animal surgery room, ultrasound, laser, indoor equine treatment center, and more. We proudly serve pets from Beeville, George West, Three Rivers, Refugio, Skidmore, Orange Grove, Goliad, Corpus Christi, Kennedy, Alice, and the surrounding areas.

Schedule

This is a full-time role with flexible Monday-Friday scheduling and rotating Saturdays. Current DVMs work 4 10-hour weekday shifts.

Our clinic is located at 356 W. FM. 351, Beeville, TX 78102. We are a short drive from larger cities, including Corpus Christi and San Antonio.
