Associate Veterinarian- GP/UC w/ Mentorship -Catskill Veterinary Services

About the role

Catskill Veterinary Services is seeking a full-time General Practice Veterinarian to join our growing team. We are specifically encouraging Class of 2026 and 2027 Graduates to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventative care, dermatology, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and internal medicine caseload.
• Collaborate with a supportive team including licensed veterinary technicians and experienced assistants.
• Work within a "Full Scope" network offering comprehensive care and an internal ER team for complex cases.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through primary care services at Rock Hill and Middletown locations.

Requirements

• DVM/VMD Degree: Required (or upcoming graduation in 2026 or 2027).
• NYS License: Current license (or ability to obtain one).
• Ambition & Attitude: A desire to learn and grow.
• Client Connection: The ability to educate pet owners.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to build the human-animal bond.
• Experience in general practice, including dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and internal medicine.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Impressive Earning Potential: Salary range of $100,000 - $200,000 (based on experience, schedule, and production).
