Associate Veterinarian - Flexible Scheduling / Equity / Mentorship Available!

Full‑service, privately owned, small‑animal general practice located in DeSoto, MO (south of the greater St. Louis area and west of the Mississippi River). The clinic has an established clientele, a 2‑doctor team, and a skilled support team with two technicians per doctor. Mentorship is available and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Growth opportunities are available.

Schedule

• Hospital hours: Monday & Tuesday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Wednesday 8:30 am – 7:00 pm
• Thursday – closed (optional coverage welcome)
• Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Saturday & Sunday – closed (optional coverage welcome)
• Flexible scheduling options: full‑time, part‑time, and relief positions

Compensation

Salary is commensurate with experience and dependent on schedule. Options include a straight base salary or a base‑plus‑production model, whichever is most meaningful to the associate.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
• Missouri state veterinary license
