Associate Veterinarian - Part or Full Time!

About the Role

Join us at Community Animal Hospital, where we offer a supportive environment for veterinarians of all experience levels, including new graduates. We are seeking a companion animal veterinarian to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of sick, injured, and surgical cases
• Preventative care and wellness visits
• Perform digital radiography, laser therapy, PennHIP testing, and other diagnostic procedures
• Provide dental care
• Handle euthanasia and cremation services
• Work in a fully fenced-in yard and separate comfort room for euthanasia and cremation
• Conduct electronic recordkeeping using Cornerstone software

Requirements

• Current North American Veterinary License
• Experience in companion animal practice preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about animal welfare and client care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree
• Completion of AVMA-accredited veterinary school
• Successful completion of internship and/or residency program (optional)

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records
• Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks

Pay

Competitive base salary plus production, with no negative accrual.

Part-time and full-time hours available.
