Responsibilities

  • Practice your best medicine from diagnosis to treatment, leading patient care with the freedom to uphold the highest standards.
  • Educate and empower clients to make informed decisions about their pet's health.
  • Collaborate with a supportive paraprofessional team to contribute to a positive hospital culture.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and their pets, becoming their trusted partner in a pet's lifelong health.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
  • A valid state license and in good standing to practice.
  • A collaborative spirit and a dedication to practicing the highest standard of medicine.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive, friendly attitude.

Qualifications

  • New graduates or experienced veterinarians interested in growing their clinical confidence and practicing high-quality medicine with autonomy.
  • A supportive, collaborative, and values-driven environment where client education and shared decision-making are core values.

Skills

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and their pets.
  • Proficiency in small-animal general practice including wellness exams, preventative care, diagnostics, dental care, soft-tissue and advanced surgical opportunities.
  • Experience with internal medicine, surgery, emergency/urgent presentations, dental procedures, and wellness visits.
