Join our team! Founded in 1997, Justin Animal Hospital is a thriving small animal practice in Justin, Ponder, Northlake, Denton, and Argyle, known for its orthopedic procedures and advanced surgical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Practice high-quality medicine and build lasting client relationships
• Collaborate with a compassionate, collaborative team
• Expand clinical and surgical skillsets
• Provide small animal medicine, preventive & wellness care, companion animal health, veterinary diagnostics, client communication, case management, team collaboration, medical record documentation, preventive medicine, professional development, new graduate mentorship, and relationship building

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine (or equivalent certification for international graduates)
• Active Texas veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
• Successful completion of the NAVLE
• Commitment to practicing high-quality, evidence-based veterinary medicine
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Dedication to exceptional patient care and client service
• Passion for continuous learning and professional growth
