About the role
Pulaski Veterinary Clinic is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Associate Veterinarian to join our AAHA-accredited small animal practice in Pulaski, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, team-focused environment
- Provide exceptional care for dogs and cats through a Fear Free approach
- Offer preventive care and wellness services
- Perform general surgery and veterinary dentistry
- Communicate effectively with clients and educate them about their pets' health
- Collaborate with the support team to manage caseloads
- Make clinical decisions based on diagnostic interpretation and patient needs
- Show compassion and manage time efficiently
Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Wisconsin veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience preferred; mentorship available for newer veterinarians
- Strong communication and client service skills
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for high-quality patient care

Pay
Competitive base salary with quarterly production and no negative accrual. Salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location.
