Associate Veterinarian

About the role

Pulaski Veterinary Clinic is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Associate Veterinarian to join our AAHA-accredited small animal practice in Pulaski, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, team-focused environment
• Provide exceptional care for dogs and cats through a Fear Free approach
• Offer preventive care and wellness services
• Perform general surgery and veterinary dentistry
• Communicate effectively with clients and educate them about their pets' health
• Collaborate with the support team to manage caseloads
• Make clinical decisions based on diagnostic interpretation and patient needs
• Show compassion and manage time efficiently

Requirements

• DVM or equivalent degree
• Wisconsin veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience preferred; mentorship available for newer veterinarians
• Strong communication and client service skills
• A team-oriented mindset with a passion for high-quality patient care

Pay

Competitive base salary with quarterly production and no negative accrual. Salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location.
