About the role
Rowlett Veterinary Clinic in Rowlett, Texas, has been serving the community for 49 years. Our hospital, featuring 13 exam rooms, is conveniently located in the heart of Rowlett just off Highway 66. We are proud to serve multi-generational clients and patients, many of whom trust us with their third generation of pets. We are a fast-paced general practice that sees a high volume of urgent cases and performs a wide range of surgical procedures. Open Monday-Friday 8:00 am-8:00 pm, Saturdays 8:00 am-5:00 pm, and Sundays 12:00 pm-8:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Care for a pet’s whole life, fostering strong human-animal bonds, and connecting with the local community
- Deliver reliable care, conduct routine wellness, surgery, and dentistry, and perform internal medicine and urgent care
- Provide exceptional care for pets' health and well-being
- Focus on providing care without negative accruals
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required
- State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date
- Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
