Associate Veterinarian

About the role

As a Companion Pet Partner, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and companionship to individuals in need. No prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and attention to assigned pets.
• Attend to basic needs such as feeding, walking, and grooming.
• Engage in social activities with clients to improve their quality of life.
• Assist in training and behavior modification sessions as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with animals or a strong interest in animal welfare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Hourly rate: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Shifts available from 7am to 7pm, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of weekend work. Note: Compensation and scheduling may vary based on location and experience.
