Associate, US Operations - Digital Wealth Platform (Bay area and remote)
About the role
The Operations Associate plays a crucial role in building a culture of operational discipline within Arta. Key responsibilities include managing core operational processes such as client onboarding, deposits/withdrawals, trading across all asset classes, and monitoring account activity. This involves collaborating with internal teams like Customer Success, Product, Compliance, and Engineering, as well as external partners like broker-dealers and fund managers.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute critical operational processes involving public and private market investments, including buy/sell trades, reconciliation, corporate actions, capital calls, NAV updates, and account management.
- Collaborate with various teams to anticipate future business needs, brainstorm workflows, and enhance key processes while considering costs, complexities, regulatory compliance, and other risks.
- Coordinate efforts with internal and external partners to investigate operational issues and implement preventive measures.
- Create data reporting workflows to track key operational metrics and manage regulatory reporting obligations.
Requirements
Qualifications include 3-4+ years of business operations experience in financial services, preferably in investments, and experience designing and implementing end-to-end operational processes with appropriate controls. Technical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Bonus points for proficiency with SQL, Excel, and setting up AI workflows.

Pay
