Role Description

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, reviewing pleadings and preparing for and going to trial.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management
• Conduct legal research and draft complex pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
• Consult with clients to determine and address their legal needs.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve cases favorably
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in interactions with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Contribute to firm growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Stay updated with changes in law, court decisions, and other legal matters that could impact the firm's clients.
• Obtain origination bonuses for obtaining new clients.
