Associate Trainer - Branch

About the Role

The Education & Training department delivers education and training on products, technology, sales skills, and processes to newly appointed and incumbent agency and call center staff. This role supports product and technology introductions to the field and phone centers, requiring nationwide travel for up to 1-3 weeks at a time. Occasional evening and/or weekend training may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Educate new and existing employees in technical skills and product knowledge, primarily in classroom settings.
• Develop, establish, and conduct virtual classes via web conference tools, mastering the skills necessary for effective online education.
• Create presentations for classroom and web conferences using adult learning methods.
• Consistently update management on the progress of classes.
• Effectively manage travel and complete expense reports on time.
• Respond to emails and other forms of communication promptly.
• Submit rosters accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Creativity to enhance classroom education and presentation materials.
• Strong presentation skills for facilitating classes and leading discussions for small and large groups, as well as one-on-one coaching and tutoring.
• Ability to assimilate new information quickly and demonstrate initiative in enhancing knowledge and skills without close supervision.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to sudden changes in priorities, and persevere in completing projects.
• Use of a personal vehicle and a good driving record required.
• Proficiency in:
  • Intermediate PowerPoint
  • Intermediate to Advanced Outlook
  • Basic Excel
  • Intermediate Word
  • Basic Access skills (desired)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Pay

Starting pay range: $25.03 - $33.34 per hour. Full-time positions are eligible to participate in an incentive program based on organizational, team, and personal performance achievements.
