About the role
The Associate Trade Sales Consultant role is designed to prepare you for a future position as an outside Trade Sales Consultant through hands-on experience, mentorship, and training.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales process in the showroom and in the field
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners
- Affiliate with quoting, blueprint reading, and customer follow-up
- Develop expertise in Pella products and the competitive landscape
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in sales training, local events, and industry opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Interest in sales and a drive to grow a customer base
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Benefits
- Compensation of $25/hr.
- Eligibility to receive other supplemental earnings such as over-time.
