Associate Trade Sales Consultant

About the role

The Associate Trade Sales Consultant role is designed to prepare an individual for a position as an outside Trade Sales Consultant. This position requires learning and understanding the Pella product offering and quoting system, as well as interaction with a wide variety of builders, contractors and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and interact with a wide variety of builders, contractors and homeowners
• Learn and understand the Pella product offering and quoting system
• Mentor with a Trade Sales Consultant within the branch
• Initially spend time in a Pella Showroom providing sales support to all customers explaining the Pella Value package

Requirements

Time frame may vary depending on the specific candidate and the availability of sales consultant positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
