About the role

The Strategic Initiatives & AI Associate plays a critical role in supporting executive-level initiatives and advancing the Bank’s adoption of AI-driven solutions. This position provides exposure to strategic decision-making, business analysis, and emerging technology while supporting projects that directly impact organizational growth and innovation. The role is designed as a 2–3 year accelerated development opportunity for a high-potential professional.

Work Details

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, This role requires flexibility in scheduling to support executive-level priorities and critical initiatives, particularly during the early stages of employment.

What You’ll Do

• Execute strategic and tactical initiatives assigned by executive leadership, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional strategic projects
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI and machine learning solutions across the organization
• Analyze financial, operational, and market data to generate executive-level insights
• Prepare confidential reports, presentations, models, and materials for C-suite leadership and the Board
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers
• Lead and coordinate internal teams in support of bank-wide initiatives
• Provide flexible support across initiatives ranging from administrative execution to advanced data analysis

What We’re Looking For (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Financial Modeling, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, finance, software engineering, investment banking, or private equity
• Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, or related technical disciplines
• Advanced Excel modeling and analytical capabilities
• Strong understanding of P&L dynamics and unit economics
• Able to manage projects independently and escalate issues appropriately
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting executive leadership or strategy teams
• Exposure to evaluating private or AI process development
• Experience presenting to senior leadership, partners, or boards
