About the role
This role offers consistent evening hours and a set weekly schedule, making it ideal for a clinician who wants meaningful hours without a full-time commitment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5–17)
- Manage a caseload with support from a Clinical Director and supervisor
- Participate in assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care
- Build experience with diagnosis and clinical decision-making
- Collaborate with families and internal care teams
- Maintain documentation and track client progress
Requirements
- Associate-level license required (LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LASAC)
- Master's degree in behavioral health
- Experience (or interest) in working with children and adolescents
- Availability within the 2:00–8:00 PM window; weekend availability a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
